History: Emile Sick purchased the Seattle Indians in 1938 re-named them after his brewery and built the state of the art Sick's Stadium. The "Suds" responded by winning consecutive PCL titles in 1939 1940 and 1941. Rogers Hornsby guided the Rainiers to another title in '51. In 1969 Sick's Stadium saw service as home of the ill-fated Seattle Pilots.

Fantastic hat !!! Has the “old days”feel and style with a lower crown and straight bill. I love the satin green under the visor and I’d say compared to New Era and 47Brand these Ebbets Field Flannels hats are far and away the best. I own this navy Rainiers hat as well as the bright red one. And just today, no lie, my grey and green Oakland Oaks hat came. I own easily over 100 hats and both Seattle Rainiers hats along with the Oakland Oaks hats are my favorites. I wear these three hats the most and much more than the others. When Portland Beavers and Vancouver Mounties hats become available I’ll order those as well. These are without a doubt the best hats on the market !!! Full disclosure I order adjustables on these hats because they have the brown leather strsp that is love.
I love the quality of this cap. It’s built with great craftsmanship and doesn’t look like a box on my head like New Era caps do. Thumbs up.
the hat is my favorite hat, although it has a floppy look to it. I like it, but it does resemble a a hat on a kid.
The cap is awesome. It will be a gift for Christmas. I’ll send you his reaction after Christmas. Thanks
What a great hat! I love Rainier beer, my last name begins with R and I love the Tacoma/Seattle Rainiers!
