Returns & Exchanges

We're in the office, answering emails from 9am to 5pm (Pacific) Monday to Friday and we'll do our best to respond to your email in a timely fashion. If you're emailing to ask about an exchange or refund, please see below:

EASY EXCHANGES
If you ordered (or received as a gift ) an item that is the wrong size , or prefer to exchange it for another item in its place, please put the item back in its original packaging and return to us within 30 days at:

Please include a copy of your original receipt and tell us which size you need.  If you have received the item as a Christmas gift, please send the item(s) back to us with a note explaining which item/size you are exchanging it for.  

Note: Discontinued items will need to be exchanged for a current product. Please note that product must be in resellable condition*. Additional shipping costs may apply. If you have any questions, please contact customerservice@ebbets.com or call 888-896-2936.

*Resellable condition: Garments must be clean, unworn and unwashed. Brims of ballcaps must be unaltered and unbent (hats must be returned in a box, not an envelope).

If you received the wrong size or item, please call Customer Service at 888-896-2936 to arrange shipping back to us and get the process started on a replacement item for you with no additional shipping charges.


REFUNDS
If within 30 days of your purchase you are not satisfied with your product you may return it for a full refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please note that product must be in resellable condition* and must be accompanied by original receipt. Please include the reason for your return on your receipt. CUSTOM ORDERS & CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. We will gladly exchange any custom orders that are defective (e.g. fabric flaws, design, etc.) Custom orders include, but are not limited to, name/number customizations, custom artwork, etc.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for Ebbets Field Flannels items purchased from other retailers or unaccompanied by sales receipt. For returns/exchanges/repairs of items that are purchased from another retailer, please consult the retailer's returns/exchanges/repair policies.
