No worries, we’ve got it covered! Our return and exchange process is quick and easy.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition. If an item was marked Final Sale at purchase, however, the item is unfortunately not available for return or exchange.

To get started, you’ll just need your 6-digit order number and the email address used when placing the order. Please follow the instructions here: Returns & Exchanges

• Box & Ship: If you'd like to return your item(s) via mail or the post office, simply choose the Box & Ship method when submitting your return.

• Happy Returns: If you'd prefer to drop off your return at an eligible Happy Returns location (like GameStop, Ulta, or Staples), you can select this option when submitting your return. Please note, Happy Returns charges a $10 fee for this method.

Box & Ship returns are processed once they arrive at our warehouse, while Happy Returns are processed when they're scanned at an eligible drop-off location.

Our returns portal allows exchanges for the same item in a different size. If you're looking to swap for something entirely different, we recommend submitting your return for a refund via Store Credit. Once your return is processed, you can use the credit to purchase the new item.

We’re sorry if you received an item that arrived in less-than-perfect condition. Quality is of the utmost importance to us, so we’ve made the return/exchange process quick and easy to help you get this sorted.

When submitting your return, select "defect" as the reason and note that the item hasn't been worn. Additionally, kindly include a brief note inside the package describing the damage or defect, so our team can address the issue promptly.

To return a gift, simply select Start Gift Return on our returns portal.
