History: The Pittsburgh Steelers began the 1955 campaign by winning 4 of their first 5 games. Unfortunately they would lose their next 7 straight to finish last in the NFL Eastern Division cellar. There were some bright spots such as the steady defensive play of future Pro Football Hall of Famer Ernie Stautner, and the amazing looking team jackets they wore! The 1955 Steelers played their home games at Forbes Field. Today, they are members of the AFC North and play their home games in Heinz Field, Pittsburgh, PA.
