We can make custom vintage flannel jerseys, baseball caps, hockey and football jerseys and jackets, using our traditional fabrics and authentic manufacturing techniques.
Flannels: We can make virtually any historic baseball flannel if the research is available (certain restrictions apply). We stock several colors of historic baseball flannel and braid, and can make shirts in many different historic patterns. We can also help you design a custom jersey from scratch. We have many traditional historic baseball fonts that are not generally available to the public, assuring you that you will receive a true vintage jersey in appearance as well as construction. Custom shirts generally take 6-8 weeks. We may ask that a custom shirt be pre-paid. Please call or e-mail us for more information.
Ballcaps: We can make custom historic, fitted wool ballcaps in production runs of as few as 24 pieces (wholesale pricing is available at 24 or more pieces). Single-piece custom caps are sometimes possible (felt lettering treatments only - no embroidery). Single-piece custom caps are generally $48. Hockey and Football jerseys: We can make custom vintage hockey and football jerseys, but because of the requirements of setting up the knitting machines, it is not economical to do fewer than six pieces per style. Exceptions can sometimes be made, but there is a large surcharge for fewer than six pieces. Please inquire.
A note on custom orders: We specialize in vintage American athletic clothing. We generally do not make contemporary style items, or use modern materials and techniques such as polyester fabric or computerized embroidery.
