COTTON TWILL BALLCAP MADE IN COLLABORATION WITH THE ROBERTO CLEMENTE MUSEUM

History: Long before he was a Hall of Famer, Roberto Clemente was a kid from Puerto Rico who fell in love with baseball on a neighborhood field. He never forgot that. Throughout his career he ran youth clinics across the island, and in Río Piedras — where he lived and raised his family — he coached and sponsored a local youth team, wearing an orange jersey with a custom script that nobody outside his neighborhood ever saw. That is, until 1994 when Clemente Museum founder Duane Rieder found it in the family home and took a quick photo. We partnered with The Clemente Museum to bring that unique design to a new collection honoring the eternal legacy of Roberto Clemente.

Made from sturdy cotton twill with our signature green satin underbrim, this ballcap features the custom orange 'Clemente' script on the front in a felt appliqué and a Puerto Rican flag on the side (rendered in the original light blue).
