THE FAMOUS OWL DRUG LOGO EXACTLY LIKE THEY WORE IT IN 1941

History: One of the Bay Area’s most prolific semi-pro teams of the 1930s and 1940s was the Owl Drug team. Sponsored by the local Owl Drug Co., the Owls played in multiple leagues across the Bay, including the Alameda League and the Golden Gate Valley League, along with an annual semi-pro tournament that was played at Seal Stadium in the Mission District of San Francisco.

This hat is made with the exact Owl logo from the team’s 1941 campaign and the same navy wool broadcloth that was so popular in that era.Â
