Hawaii Islanders (PCL) 1961 Logo Script Cotton Twill Ballcap
COTTON TWILL BALLCAP HONORING THE HAWAII ISLANDERS
History: They called it the "Termite Palace" — a creaky wooden stadium built back in 1926 that had hosted everything from amateur leagues to University of Hawaii football, long before pro ball ever showed up. That changed in 1961, when the newly formed Hawaii Islanders ran out onto that same termite-eaten field for their very first game. The stands were packed, the wood groaned under the weight of the crowd, and nobody minded one bit — Hawaii finally had a professional team to call its own.
Made from sturdy cotton twill with our signature green satin underbrim, this ballcap is inspired by the 1961 Hawaii Islanders, taking the script logo from their uniform and applying it to the hat with a felt patch.
