League: Lone Star League

History: The Harlingen Suns were the Lone Star League’s distant second-place finishers. With the season forced to its early finish, the Suns were one of three teams unable to play all 80 of their games as the three of them, the McAllen Dusters, and the Texas City Stars all finished with two games still to be played. Even with all 80 games, there was no catching the Seagulls in first as the Suns finished 12 games back with a record of 40-38.
