AUTHENTIC WOOL BALLCAP HONORING THE 1924 BRIMINGHAM BLACK BARONS
History: In 1924, the Birmingham Black Barons competed in the Negro National League, facing some of the strongest Black baseball clubs in the country. Their home, Rickwood Field, had opened in 1910 and would become one of the most enduring landmarks in Negro League history. The club helped establish Birmingham as a major destination for Black baseball, eventually attracting legends such as Satchel Paige and Mule Suttles. Though championships would come later, the Barons were already building a legacy at one of baseball’s most historic ballparks.
Made from genuine wool broadcloth and finished with our signature green satin underbrim, this hat is inspired by the uniform logo of the 1924 Birmingham Black Barons
