Osaka Tigers 1945 Authentic Wool Ballcap
AUTHENTIC WOOL BALLCAP FOR THE 1945 OSAKA TIGERS
History: Japan's second-largest city is home to one of its oldest professional baseball franchises: the Osaka Tigers, who first took the field in 1936. Their park, Koshien Field, is the oldest in Japan and is considered sacred ground by players and fans. There is also a statue of Babe Ruth outside the ballpark to commemorate the Bambino's 1934 visit to Osaka.
This genuine wool ballcap is directly inspired by the ones the Tigers took the field with in 1945, complete with navy pinstripes over a gray body, a navy brim, and a felt applique logo.
