Mossy Oak x Ebbets Field 1961 Kansas City Katz Ballcap
1961 KANSAS CITY KATZ BALLCAP BY MOSSY OAK X EBBETS FIELD
History: Drawn from the hardwoods of Mississippi, Mossy Oak’s Bottomland pattern pioneered a naturalistic approach to camouflage — using muted tones, photo-real textures, and a natural depth to blend the human outline seamlessly into the surrounding woods. They provided the custom fabric for this collaboration, recasting their iconic camo in a classic wool blend fabric, which we then used to give some of our fan-favorite hats a special design flip.
People of a certain age who grew up in Kansas City will remember the famous Katz Drugstore chain. Not only did Katz sell everything from medicine to fishing lures, they sponsored a team in the amateur Ban Johnson Baseball League.
This hat features Mossy Oak's iconic Bottomland Camo in the body, our classic wool broadcloth in olive on the brim, and a felt patch of the 1961 Kansas City Katz logo on the front.
