Vladimir Guerrero Harrisburg Senators V-Neck Jersey
JERSEY HONORING VLADIMIR GUERRERO'S TIME WITH THE HARRISBURG SENATORS
History: Vladimir Guerrero signed with the Montreal Expos in 1993, having previously been passed over by the Los Angeles Dodgers at their baseball facility in the Dominican Republic. Guerrero lied about his age to aid with negotiations, and joined the Expos organization to take the first formal step in his professional career. En route to the majors, he moved up through the Gulf Coast League Expos, the Albany Polecats, West Palm Beach Expos, and finally the Harrisburg Senators in 1996 before his big league callup. Unafraid to chase “bad balls”, he would become one of the most consistent and electric hitters in his era, bringing his aggressive style to the Montreal Expos, Los Angeles Angels, Texas Rangers, Baltimore Orioles and Toronto Blue Jays. He earned 9 All-Star selections, 8 Silver Slugger awards, and an American League MVP award. Vladimir Guerrero was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2018.
Made from a polyester knit fabric with a sturdy hand-feel and a tackle twill appliqué logo, this jersey pays homage to the time Vladimir Guerrero spent with the Harrisburg Senators minor league team.
