THE EXACT COLORS AND LOGO WORN BY THE 1959 BROWN UNIVERSITY BEARS
History:An historic squad that’s been in action since 1863, the Brown Bears are one of the first official collegiate teams in existence. Led by former MLBer Wilfred "Lefty" Lefebvre, the Bears saw their greatest period of success in the 1950s, including their first Ivy League championship in 1952, a title they didn’t win again until 2007.Â
This ballcap is a tribute to that success of the 50s, made with genuine wool broadcloth, felt lettering, and finished off with green satin under the visor, just like they made them back in the day.
