History: After starring for the Hogs baseball team at the University of Arkansas, Roy "Woody" Wood became the second player from the University to make it to the Major League level when he broke into the big leagues on June 16, 1913, with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He would go on to play 3 seasons in total with the Bucs, the Cleveland Naps, and the Cleveland Indians. As of 2018, the Razorbacks have appeared in the NCAA tournament 30 times reaching the College World Series 9 times. The Arkansas Razorbacks are currently members of the South Eastern Conference Western Division and play their home games in Baum-Walker Stadium at George Cole Field, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
