History: The Coastal Carolina baseball team played its first season in 1963. Since the program's humble beginnings, the Chanticleers have gone on to be a perennial baseball power winning 16 Conference Championships including a College World Series in 2016. The current Coastal Carolina Chanticleers play in the Sunbelt Conference and play their home games at Spring Brooks Stadium-Vrooman Field, Conway, South Carolina.
