History: The 1939 Aggies football team finished the regular season with a perfect 11-0 record that included six complete shut-outs, earning them both the conference title and the national title. Fullback John Kimbrough, a future College Hall of Famer, showed up big time that year, and helped A&M clinch the Sugar Bowl with 159 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns, defeating Tulane 14-13 and capping off a historic season for the Aggies.
Made with medium-weight 200gsm cotton and printed with a throwback ‘Aggies’ graphic from an old cotton football jersey, this t-shirt is designed to be worn forever and destined to become a future generation’s vintage find.
