TIMELESS SEATTLE RAINIERS BEANIE HONORING THE FAMOUS PCL TEAM
History: Seattle entered the PCL in 1903, dropped out in 1907, and rejoined in 1919. After experimenting with the names Clamdiggers, Siwashes, and Indians, the team was christened Rainiers after being purchased by brewery magnate Emil Sick in 1938. Sick also built Sick's Stadium — at the time one of the top minor league parks in the country. Seattle’s PCL entry won seven league titles in their history, including three consecutive chips in ‘40, ‘41, and ‘42.
This beanie pays homage to the Rainers with a felt applique of their iconic logo.
