San Francisco Seals MiLB Dna Varsity Jacket
History: The San Francisco Seals joined the Pacific Coast League in 1903, and from that time until their departure in 1957, they were one of the league's most colorful franchises. The 1931 season saw the opening of the magnificent Seals Stadium, where the club remained until the end. Joe Dimaggio began his career with the Seals and had a 61-game hitting streak in 1933. The most beloved Seal was Lefty O'Doul who played for and managed the club.
A classic built with the same care as the originals. The body pairs an 80% wool, 20% poly blend with full leather sleeves, finished with rib-knit cuffs for a true letterman feel. Chenille-on-felt patches and chainstitch embroidery recall the hand-worked varsity styles of mid-century campuses, while welt leather pockets and a quilted lining add the comfort and durability you’d expect from an Ebbets piece.
