Chicago American Giants 1927 Road Jersey Pullover Hoodie in Black/Natural

HEAVYWEIGHT PULLOVER HOODIE INSPIRED BY THE 1929 CHICAGO AMERICAN GIANTS ROAD JERSEY

History: The 1927 Chicago American Giants were among the finest teams of the Negro League era. Managed by Dave Malarcher, the club captured the Negro National League pennant before defeating the Atlantic City Bacharach Giants in the Negro World Series. The championship continued the winning tradition established by founder Rube Foster and reinforced Chicago’s place at the center of Black baseball. With their combination of experienced leadership and outstanding talent, the American Giants were a defining force in the league’s early history.

Made from a heavyweight French terry with felt appliqué designs, this hoodie inspired by the away uniform worn by the 1927 Chicago American Giants
