Brooklyn Royal Giants 1925 Cotton Twill Suede Ballcap
COTTON AND SUEDE HAT WORN BY THE 1925 BROOKLYN ROYAL GIANTS
History: The Brooklyn Royal Giants were one of the pioneering Negro league clubs, founded in 1905 and long a fixture of East Coast Black baseball. By 1925, the club — charter members of the Eastern Colored League from 1923–27 — carried on a proud tradition born in Brooklyn and Queens, competing against top Black and semi-pro competition and representing a vibrant chapter in early professional baseball history.
To honor that year and the team’s legacy, we made this special rendition of their 1925 hat with a cotton twill body, a rich faux suede brim, and an authentic embroidered appliqué logo — a tribute to a franchise that helped shape the Negro leagues.
