History: The Tigres de Marianao were one of the fiercest clubs in the golden age of the Cuban League. Based in the Marianao district of Havana, the Tigres captured multiple league pennants in the 1920s and 1930s and were a fixture in high-stakes winter rivalries against Almendares and Habana.
