History: The Whales played in Weeghman Park now known as Wrigley Field. The team won the 1915 pennant by .001 percentage points on a statistical fluke even though the Terriers actually won one more game. Their manager was Joe Tinker of the legendary Tinker-to-Evers-to Chance infield.

Get yourself an EFF Grounds Crew Jacket

If you're a baseball fan, do yourself a favor and get one of these jackets. Even if you don't love baseball, the quality of these jackets is par-none and they look cool as ****. I own two and wear them often. They're lightweight cotton, but really durable. I often wear one with a sweater/hoodie underneath. For context, I am 5'8 - 150 lbs and ordered a small.

Gave this as a gift for Christmas to my brother. In a world where everyone buys their gifts from the Big Box Club Stores, I enjoy putting a little thought and uniqueness into gifts. Ebbets never disappoints. The quality and care that goes into each piece is second to none!

Great jacket

The jacket is comfortable and it fits great. Definitely need a sweatshirt under it when it cools off, but it looks great.

Happy w my jacket

Great to finally get my whales jacket. It’s been out of stock for some time. It’s definitely made with care and with the right materials. Feels like I’m wearing a piece of history.

Brush up on your Whales history before you wear this jacket because people will be asking you about it.

You can wear this jacket all year, although I recommend layering an EFF hooded sweatshirt underneath in the winter. These jackets are roomy, comfortable, weatherproof (mostly), and extremely durable. I get great comments everywhere I go. It looks great, and there's a great story behind every team. Make sure you know that the Whales were not a previous name of the Cubs, but that Weeghman Park was the original name of Wrigley Field.
