League: Western International League
History: The Capilanos represented Vancouver in the Western International League from 1939 to 1954, with the exception of a break during World War II. They were owned by Emil Sick (hence the "6" on the sleeve of our shirt) and were a farm team of Sick's PCL Seattle Rainiers. Capilano Stadium was built with the same blueprints as Sick's Stadium in Seattle, and under a different name is still the host of Minor League Baseball in Vancouver.
