History: In 1934 Connie Mack led a squadron of Major League stars including Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, and Jimmie Foxx on a wildly successful tour of Japan. The team was greeted by thousands of ecstatic Japanese fans who lined the streets of Tokyo shouting "Banzai Babe Ruth!" The goodwill did not last long, however, as the two countries were headed on a trajectory toward war. In fact, catcher Moe Berg was put on the roster as a spy by the U.S. government.

Overall, I am super happy with my purchase. It looks great and fits well and the quality is amazing. My problem is with the way the satin is folded into the body but not really like fastened to the inside. When I’m walking outside and there is a breeze, the wind catches inside the jacket and the way the fabric is folded it makes the fabric parachute side ways. I understand it is supposed to be ‘vintage’ but that part just seems impractical and updatable and I’m thinking about taking it to the tailor to have a lining put in or something.
I am 6'4" ~190 lbs with monkey arms and this fits perfectly!
