Description: This is a reproduction of the Brooklyn Tip-Tops 1915 Vingate 8-Panel Ballcap. This collection is inspired by the history of the Federal League. Hand-sewn from genuine wool broadcloth, this hat is built to last a lifetime.

History: Brooklyn’s new Federal League franchise were owned by the Ward Bros. who, in an example of early cross-marketing, named the team after their Tip-Top Bread. The club played in Washington Park, former home of the Superbas (later Dodgers), but completely rebuilt using the same plans as Chicago’s new Weeghman Park (later renamed Wrigley Field).
