League: Bi-State League 

History: The Triplets represented the “Triple Cities” of Leaksville, Draper, and Spray, NC. Infielder Woodrow Williams scored 86 runs in a 77-game season, enough to lead the Bi-State League. In 1943, as a member of the Cincinnati Reds, Wilson would tie the National League record with ten consecutive hits in ten at-bats. He also played for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1938.
