Jersey City Giants Satin Color Block Jacket
Sold Out
History: Alas, Jersey City's long association with the New York Giants came to an end after the 1950 season. With televised major league games now a reality, and the Yankees, Dodgers, and Giants just across the river in New York City, the formerly rabid "Little Giants" fans were staying away from Roosevelt Stadium in droves. Attendance, which had been 337,000 in 1947, plunged to just 63,000 in 1950, and the team took off for Ottawa, Canada the following year.
