League: Cuban National Team
History: Cuba's best performance in the World Cup was in 1938, when they reached the quarterfinals. (The Cup was eventually won by France). Cuba's team is known as the "leones de Caribe" (Lions of the Caribbean). An interesting note is that the former Tropical ballpark in Havana, home to the Cuban League and where the Brooklyn Dodgers took Jackie Robinson for spring training in 1947, is now Cuba's National Soccer Stadium.
We recommend washing in a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry in order to preserve the felt work.
