League: All-America Football Conference

History: Baseball was not the only game played at Ebbets Field. The Dodgers (unrelated to the baseball team of the same name) were a founding member of the All-America Football Conference in 1946. With their rival New York Yankees and the established Giants (playing at the Polo Grounds) New York football fans had three professional teams to choose from, all named after their respective baseball forerunners. Classic two-color knit-in "Northwest" stripes on this one.

Please note: Within the wool yarns, there may be some slight color variations. This is an inherent trait of the authentic wool we use. This should not be considered a flaw, but like the original garment, merely part of its charm.
