FLANNEL QUESTIONS

WHAT KIND OF FABRIC DO YOU USE?

  • We use authentic wool-blend baseball flannel which is the same as the fabric worn at the end of the flannel era in the late 1960s.

AREN'T THE JERSEYS ITCHY?

  • Not really. They are quite comfortable, and unlike contemporary baseball jerseys, they breathe. You do need to wear a t-shirt or other shirt underneath your flannel.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER TO SHIP?

  • With the wide assortment of items we offer, there is no way to keep them all in stock. While we do our best to make our best-selling items available much of what we offer requires some degree of construction before it's ready to ship. Please review product pages for estimated shipping times.

I LIKE NEW ERA CAPS. ARE YOUR CAPS LIKE THEIRS?
  • No. A modern cap with a stiff, high crown is just not a "vintage" cap, no matter what emblem is put on it. Our caps faithfully replicate historic professional baseball caps from 1900 to 1970.

I JUST GOT MY CAP AND IT DOESN'T FIT!

  • Don't worry. You can send it back for an exchange.

WHY IS MY CAP VISOR "FLOPPY"

  • Caps that seem to have a softer visor are made that way on purpose! Pre 1940 ballcap visors were made with softer visors so players could fold them up and put them in their back pockets. We have found that most of our customers fall in love with this style.

WHAT SIZE DO YOUR ADJUSTABLE CAPS FIT? 

  • Adjustable caps fit up to a size 7 5/8.

CUSTOM ORDERS

CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM FOOTBALL OR HOCKEY JERSEY?

  • The minimum order is 12 pieces. Please email sales@ebbets.com for more information.

I WANT TO ORDER JERSEYS / HATS FOR MY TEAM. CAN I GET A BETTER PRICE?

  • Yes. If you order 12 or more flannels or 48 or more hats (all of the same style) you qualify for a team price. Please email  sales@ebbets.com for information. 

    SHIPPING & OTHER QUESTIONS

    Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If there is an issue with an order, please use our return portal for an exchange or return.

    Fast delivery: In-stock orders typically ship within 1 week. Made-to-order items follow lead times that are shown on each product page. 

    Shipping locations: currently Ebbets only ships within the United States and Canada.

    I DON'T LIVE IN THE U.S. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?

    • Currently we only ship to the US and Canada. 
    • Shipping is calculated for Canadian orders.
    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
      • Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. (Canada) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").
      • The recipient of an international shipment (Canada) may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
      • Additional charges for customs clearance (Canada) must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
      • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
