League: Collegiate Baseball

History: Notre Dame's arch rival on the gridiron is the University of Southern California Trojans. The series began in 1926 and through the 1922 season, the Fighting Irish hold a 50-37-5 edge over USC. The winner of the annual game wins the coveted Jeweled Shillelagh, a wooden club decorated with emerald emblazoned shamrocks similar to what is seen on our cap (minus the emeralds!) and ruby-emblazoned Trojan warrior heads for USC. The Fighting Irish of today play their home football games at historic Notre Dame Stadium where they have been doing so since 1930. Play like a Champion Today!

This ballcap is currently only available as an adjustable.

We offer three kinds of ballcap visors:

Pre-1940 ballcaps were made with soft visors so players could fold them up and put them in their back pockets. Later visors were done in standard (stiff visor) or short (also a soft visor). Check the product details to see which type of visor each cap has.
