History: When you think "Green Bay", you might be tempted to think of a certain other American sport. But Green Bay's professional baseball history began in 1891 with the Duck Wallopers (you read that right) of the Wisconsin State League. Green Bay competed against Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, and Appleton. Other Green Bay teams included the Colts, Orphans, and Blue Jays, who played in the 1940s and 50s.
