League: American Association

History: The Columbus Senators were charter members of the American Association in 1902. The name was changed to the Red Birds in 1931 and the next year Red Bird Stadium was opened. The team won the consecutive Junior World Series titles in 1941 1942 and 1943 defeating International League champ Syracuse twice and Montreal once.

We offer three kinds of ballcap visors:

Pre-1940 ballcaps were made with soft visors so players could fold them up and put them in their back pockets. Later visors were done in standard (stiff visor) or short (also a soft visor). Check the product details to see which type of visor each cap has.
