Great Vintage Ballcap
This has become my default hat! The wool fabric is soft and comfortable, and I love the clean style of the dark blue fabric with the bright US logo. This was my first purchase from Ebbetts Field, and I couldn't be more impressed.
Remarkable Quality, Comfort, and Authenticity
The materials, construction, and historical accuracy of Ebbets Field Flannel caps are unparalleled in the sportswear industry. The second you remove the cap from the shipping box, you realize how superior it is to its mass-market counterparts. The authentic broadcloth wool feels far softer than the low quality (often viscose) wool and polyester (plastic) used by other companies. The satin underbrim and taping give the cap a classy, finished look. As far as comfort goes, no detail has been overlooked. Using a cotton sweatband eliminates the itchiness and irritation that is often caused by wearing a cap with the standard polyester sweatband for prolonged periods of time. The cap's crown is backed with haircloth, which gives it a natural look and fit straight out of the box. Mass-market cap crowns always strike me as far too stiff. All of this aside, the authenticity alone is reason enough to purchase from Ebbets Field Flannels. This cap, and all of the others that they sell, are a testament to the magnificent quality of American manufacturing and design.
I'm Japanese. Love this design and history.
Great Hat, received a lot of compliments on it when I go out. Don’t be surprised when people ask you what US stands for. ♂️
Wanted this hat for a while and it’s exactly as I hoped! The workmanship and detail in it is second to none! Absolutely in love with it.
