Many thanks to Ebbets Field for producing this wonderful tribute to Elroy "Crazylegs" Hirsch. It is a beautiful jersey and inspires fond memories of those wonderful days before all the hype. The colors are bright and it is well-tailored. Thank you for attending to the legacies of the great sports (baseball, football and hockey) and the heroes that toiled in these great uniforms.
I am an older guy who has always lived in LA. Our only major league pro team until 1958 was the LA Rams. We had the Angeles and Hollywood Stars in the PCL and college football with USC and UCLA. The Rams were big time and good. Waterfield, Van Brocklen, Fears, Arenett, Rictor and “Crazylegs Hersch. He was my favorite and back then kids got into the games for free. When the Rams came back to LA and played in the Coliseum it was great. They sold a lot of gear with throwback logos but no Jersys from that era. Then EFF started making the early 50s jersey, the one from my childhood. Wore it daily since. Hundreds of comments. Thank you for allowing me to be back to the 50s again. Also a top quality product.
