League: Pacific Coast League
History: By 1956, the Pacific Coast League was officially classified as "Open", with a plan in place to be eventually certified as a major league. However rumblings about MLB clubs moving West were already being heard, and in two years the Dodgers and Giants would dash the dreams of the PCL to be a major league by taking their two largest territories. The Padres continued on in the AAA PCL until a National League expansion franchise of the same name was granted for the 1969 season. The PCL Padres played in Lane Field, on San Diego's waterfront.

Best hats in the world
Soooooo great! I love it
This cap is well made and at the price well worth it.
I’m very familiar with my hat size but for some reason I’ve had a hard time with getting the right Ebbets size. After 3 fitted hats, I started ordering the strapbacks and I’ll never go back. Super comfy.
Love my Padres. Great cap.
I wish all caps were made this way. Honestly, this isn't my favorite Padres cap design but the execution is remarkable. The fabric feels SO nice, soft and the under visor is the brilliant dark green satin. It's a nice changeup from my regular New Era caps. My cap feels pretty much true to size for a vintage look/fit but you should definitely get a size up if you want to wear the brim flat and the cap lower and loose. I hope there are more Padres designs to come but in the mean time can't wait to get the rest of the PCL teams!
