Kansas City Monarchs 1945 Road Jersey
History: Can you imagine a team with both Satchel Paige and Jackie Robinson? For one brief year in 1945, the Grand Old Man of the Negro leagues and the young future pioneer were teammates in Kansas City. The Monarchs’ road uniforms in 1945 had a different color scheme (navy and gold instead of the traditional red and navy) and differing roster numbers than the home uniforms, with Satch wearing #0 on the road while Robinson wore #23.

I love this shirt. The fit and quality is suburb. I ordered it big because I wanted to fit over a shirt like a sweater. Order to size if you want a more accurate fit. It was a great feeling opening the box and seeing the shirt. I bought this as a present to myself, so I can imagine how great it would feel to receive it as a gift. Again, I couldn't be happier.
Arrived earlier than expected and it beautifully made. Fits true to size. The only thing is that the front is pretty long and comes down about 6-8 inches or so past the waist. I’m guessing this is because it is a truly authentic flannel and meant to be tucked in to baseball pants. Not a huge deal but it is a bit long. Customer service is excellent.
I love the shirt. I emailed Ebbet at 8 weeks to check on it and it came within a week or so
Ran a little bigger then I though but bought it as a present for a family member and it was a hit. Thanks! Great quality and super unique!
The product received was excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased. It was great working with the folks at Ebbetts Field.
