History: It's pretty safe to say the 1956 Brooklyn College Kingsmen Road jersey was inspired by their hometown 1955 World Series Champion professional ball club neighbors - The Brooklyn Dodgers. The Kingsmen were members of the Metropolitan Collegiate Baseball Conference and played the majority of their games at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, NY. Rivals in the conference included Manhattan College, CCNY, NYU, Hofstra and St. John's.
