League: Collegiate Baseball

History: In his third season as Notre Dame Head football Coach, Ara Parseghian commandeered The Fighting Irish to their eighth National Football Championship in 1966. Parseghian had Maxwell Award winner Jim Lynch Captaining a smothering defense that held opponents to a staggeringly low total of just 38 points and 6 shutouts over the entire season and an offense led by 2-time All-American quarterback Terry Hanratty. The Fighting Irish of today play their home football games at historic Notre Dame Stadium where they have been doing so since 1930. Play like a Champion Today!

This ballcap is currently only available as an adjustable.

Ballcaps

Our caps faithfully replicate historic professional baseball caps from 1900 to 1970 and fit differently than modern caps. Try wrapping a piece of string around your head where a cap would naturally fit and then measure the string to find your size.

Size Head Measurement (in inches)
7 21 5/8”
7 1/8 22”
7 1/4 22 3/8”
7 3/8 22 3/4”

7 5/8 23 1/2"
7 3/4 23 7/8"

8 24 5/8"

Adjustable caps fit up to a size 7 5/8.

Measuring Guide

We offer three kinds of ballcap visors:

Pre-1940 ballcaps were made with soft visors so players could fold them up and put them in their back pockets. Later visors were done in standard (stiff visor) or short (also a soft visor). Check the product details to see which type of visor each cap has.
