I have overwhelmingly enjoyed the hats that I have bought from ebbets. I bought one, and it is one of my biggest "compliment getters" that I own. I bought 3 more hats, (ebbets does a 3 for $99 that I did not find advertised online untill in my cart), and these too look just as good. about 3 months later I get a surprise package that I did not recieve my mini wool brush, I did not realize that I had forgot. It is awesome that they sent me it without me contacting them, and shows the customer service and good faith that a microbrand hat company needs. I would definitely recommend buying from ebbets and I will probably buy another hat in the future.
Great customer service. Quick delivery. Thanks!!
This is my favorite of all EFF’s amazing ballcaps. Everything about it screams Vintage Baseball the way it used to be, from the felt seal appliqué to the contrasting color eyelets and soft wool crown. Quality and craftsmanship throughout. And no supplier flag logos, swooshes, battermen, or other advertising nonsense. The way it used to be. This isn’t my first EFF cap and it won’t be my last!
I bought this hat along with the white/navy SF hat after debating for a while whether spending $50 on a baseball cap was worth it (my collection is mostly '47 and New Era). The short answer is yes. Both hats are made with quality materials - the wool is warm, but breathable and looks sharp. The satin touches are nice and a clear upgrade from most baseball caps. The only sign that this wasn't the nicest hat I now own was a strange issue on both of the caps. There is a large divot on the edge of the green under-brim accent in the exact same place on each hat. This makes the edge of the green satin dip in from the edge of the bill, instead of lining up all the way around. But regardless of a seeing error, these are still great hats and have already become mainstays in my rotation.
Great ball cap and I like the unique fit.
