    League: Southern California Trolley League

    History: The Class-D Trolley League only existed one season. All the teams were in or near Los Angeles, so could travel by trolley for all their games. The Wharf Rats were the powerhouse of the league, posting a 9-2 record and taking the pennant. In one of our favorite baseball factoids, the manager of the Santa Ana Yellow Sox Growers is listed only as "Meats".
