Description: Authentic reproduction of the original 1933 New York Giants Football Jersey worn by Mel Hein. Made on our own knitting machines in our Seattle workshop. This jersey is as authentic as they come!

League: NFL

History: Mel "Old Indestructible" Hein transitioned from one Hall of Fame Football career at Washington State to another in the NFL as a member of the New York Giants for whom he played his entire 15 year career (1931-1945). Hein was a 5x-All Pro as a 2-way player like many from his era (Center-Linebacker), and played for 2 NFL Championship teams (1934, 1938). He was the NFL Most Valuable Player in 1938 and his Giants jersey is one of 12 that are retired.
