HISTORY

1951 was the last year that the PCL operated as a conventional minor league. From 1952-57, the league held "Open" classification, awaiting its certification as a third major league. That dream was dashed when the Dodgers and Giants moved West in 1958. Minor League anniversary patch on left sleeve.
