The Sugar Kings joined the top-level IL in 1954, hence their slogan in Spanish "Un paso mas y llegamos!" ("one more step and we arrive!) That step was interrupted by a guy named Castro, but the spirit of the Sugar Kings lives on in this jacket, as does their great mascot "Beisbolito", who adorns the left chest.
