The Black Sox campaigned in the Eastern Colored League and finished second to the great Hilldale team in 1924. The Sox featured the million-dollar infield of Boojum Wilson at first base Frank Warfield at second base Ghost Marcelle at the hot corner and Sir Richard Lundy at shortstop.
