Disatisfied with the current state of affairs in
baseball uniforms at the time (form-fitting rainbow-striped polyester, anyone?)
we began Ebbets Field Flannels in 1987. Our mission was (and is) to preserve the
historic integrity of the baseball jersey by manufacturing reproduction flannel
shirts that are accurate in every respect, and to pay tribute to the unsung
teams and players of baseball history. We were the first apparel company to tell
the story of the Negro leagues, minor leagues, and Latin American baseball.
Ebbets Field has made hundreds of different historically-accurate shirts during
our existence. We have been called on to make uniforms for movies, as well as
professional baseball teams ("Turn Back The Clock" games). We are located in
Seattle, Washington.
