Flannels Made to Order... One or Dozens

Every EFF authentic 'jersey' starts out with a bolt of real wool baseball flannel. We use authentic materials for construction, including felt lettering and rayon braid. Our research dictates how the shirt will be made. Because of our unique manufacturing techniques, we are able to offer the public hundreds of different jerseys. We could not do this if we inventoried finished shirts, which is why most flannels take 4 to 6 weeks to get to the customer (though we can often accelerate that time frame). We carefully replicate not only the lettering, but historical features of the shirt such as sun collar, sleeve length, number style, etc.

We are the only company that makes custom-crafted, historically accurate baseball shirts. We make any non Major League shirt from 1900 - 1970. We can only do this because we do not inventory finished shirts.

When your order comes in, we begin the process to hand-craft your shirt. This takes, on average, about 4 weeks to complete. Good things come to those that wait, and through patience, you will receive a one of a kind article of clothing.
